Warranty

Our products are carefully crafted with precision. If, for any reason, there is an issue with your order, we have strict guidelines to determine whether the problem is covered under warranty.

Warranty Conditions

  1. Reporting Period: Report defects within 7 days of delivery via info@welovecornhole.co.uk. Please include photos and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Coverage: The warranty only covers defects resulting from manufacturing or material faults.
  3. Compensation: If the defect is covered under warranty, we will provide a free repair or replacement.
  4. Warranty Period: You are entitled to a one-month warranty, starting from the delivery date of your product.

What Is Covered and Not Covered

  • Covered Under Warranty:
    • Manufacturing defects, such as cracks in materials or faulty finishing.
    • Damage that occurred during shipping (must be reported within the specified period).
  • Not Covered Under Warranty:
    • Normal wear and tear, such as scratches or fading due to regular use.
    • Damage due to improper use, including exposure to extreme weather conditions or failure to follow usage instructions.
    • Modifications or repairs carried out by third parties without our approval.
    • Custom-made products: Items such as Custom Cornhole Sets made to order.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Keep the original packaging and documents in case they are required for the warranty claim.
  2. Submit a warranty claim to support@welovecornhole.co.uk within the one-month warranty period.

Complaints

If something isn’t right, we want to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please follow our complaints procedure below.

  2. Response time: We aim to respond within 1 working day.
  3. Resolution: If possible, we will resolve the issue immediately. If more time is required, we will provide an estimated resolution timeframe.

Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact the WebwinkelKeur mediation service via their website. You can also submit a complaint through the European Commission’s ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.


Returns Policy

1. Cooling-Off Period

You have the right to return your order or part of it within 30 days of delivery without providing a reason. Returns must be registered through our returns page, and you will receive further instructions upon registration.

2. Exceptions to Returns

  • Custom-made products: Items specifically made for you, such as Custom Cornhole Sets, are non-refundable.
  • Business orders: Orders placed for commercial use are not covered by consumer return rights.

3. Return Conditions

  • Product must be in new condition: The item must be unused and undamaged.
  • Returns must be registered within 30 days of delivery.
  • Original packaging: The product must be returned complete and in its original packaging.
